Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Welcome to Kemet Lotus Massage! Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is reserved exclusively for your personalized healing and recovery. Because I am a small, independent business serving the Edmond community, late cancellations and missed appointments directly impact my livelihood and prevent other clients on the waitlist from getting the care they need. Please review my policy before booking: 24-Hour Notice Required: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late Cancellation Fee: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will automatically incur a charge of 50% of the services booked to the card on file. No-Show Fee: If you miss your appointment entirely without providing any notice (No-Show), the card on file will be charged 100% of the cost of the services booked. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at its scheduled time out of respect for the next client. The full price of the scheduled service will apply. Please Note: No deposit is charged today! Your credit card information is collected safely and securely via GlossGenius strictly to hold your appointment window.
